Stage 1
The items that you need to create your hair system template;
Scissors
Sellotape
Clingfilm
Marker Pen
Stage 2
Create your template with or without assistance. Please watch, Tutorial 1 or Tutorial 2 for a full step by step guide.
Stage 3
Carefully place your template and hair sample into a well packaged cardboard box. We recommend a box approximately, 15″ x 11″ x 5″ (37.5cm x 27.5cm x 12.5cm). Additionally, please make sure that your hair sample is placed into a tight sealed polytene bag and your template is tightly secured with packaging around it.
Stage 4
Download and fill out our order form and then place into the cardboard box. Please click here to download. If you are unable to download and print our order form, then please write the following onto a paper;

Stage 5
Place parcel tape around the cardboard box, making sure that your template, hair sample and order form is secured within the box.
Stage 6
Download our address label and carefully secure it to the cardboard box. Please click here to download. If you are unable to download and print our address label, then please write the following onto a paper;

Stage 7
Post your cardboard box to us, as recorded delivery and making sure that you receive proof of postage receipt and keep this secured for your reference.
Stage 8
Once your order has been received by our team, we will review your order and then contact you via email to confirm your details and your hair system requirements. Additionally, a deposit of £250 will be requested at this stage, where our team will process your payments through your preferred payment method. Then a WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom call will be arranged to complete the template design with a hair4all London consultant.
Stage 9
Your order will be processed where our dedicated team will produce your bespoke hair system of which will take around 12 to 14 weeks+. Once the hair system has been completed and returned to us a team member will then contact you.
Stage 10
Our team will either send your hair system to you via recorded delivery or we will arrange a fitting at hair4all London HQ. If you are unable to visit us and need assistance in finding a local stylist to fit your system, then our team will help you as much as possible to arrange this. Please note, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to find a stylist nearest to you, due to geographic reasons and what is available.
